IMSC Text Profile 1.3 published as a Candidate Recommendation

IMSC Text Profile 1.3 has been published as a Candidate Recommendation by the W3C!

https://www.w3.org/TR/2025/CR-ttml-imsc1.3-20251218/

ICYM, this edition of IMSC:

• adds support for superscript and subscript text
• only defines a text-only profile (an image-only profile remains in older editions of the specification)
• moves the Hypothetical Render Model (HRM) to its own Recommendation

Thanks to Gary Katsevman, Nigel Megitt, Atsushi Shimono and the TTWG for helping move this forward.
